Scope: Controls, Chiller

NAC removed and replaced the existing defective chiller without affecting the customer’s building comfort. The chiller serves the Justice Center facility including community correction, courts and support services. Through utilizing our state of the art fabrication shop we were able to assure that the new chiller was fully operational before delivery saving our client time and money.
We coordinated the removal of the existing chiller, piping and electrical as well as the installation of the new chiller including controls interface into the building automation system.
