NAC was hired as the prime mechanical contractor to make repairs and engineer a plan to remove old boiler system and install 2 new high efficiency boilers in a historic 7-story building downtown St. Paul, MN. NAC utilized its service team to develop a plan to remove 3 existing boilers and replace with 2 high efficient boilers. NAC demoed the old boilers and made upgrades to the boiler room to bring the room up to the current code. This historic building had challenges that required NAC to remove part of the exterior of the neighboring historic building in order to drop in the boilers down to the basement.
