Project Scope: mechanical, electrical & automation

NAC was hired as the prime mechanical, electrical & automation contractor to make repairs and engineer a plan to bring the healthcare clinic back into operation while mechanical & electrical systems were replaced. NAC utilized its service team to evaluate existing equipment and present the owner with cost benefit options to make repairs or upgrade its equipment. CAD technology was used to engineer and prefabricate the new mechanical room layout around a temporary heating system. The mechanical, electrical & Alerton automation upgrades reduced energy costs for the clinic and streamlined maintenance and serviceability of equipment.
