The construction of this three-story new charter school was a design build project that utilized all of NAC’s disciplines.
NAC performed a complete installation of plumbing, gas piping, controls, security, data and sheet metal in the new building. The project required NAC’s coordination with multiple trades, General Contractor, as well as the Owner’s group to ensure near seamless installation as the building was being erected.
This was a high paced project to be completed in 4 months. NAC coordination and pre-construction helped deliver this project on budget and on schedule. NAC’s Highly trained CAD team was able to overcome elevation obstacles by pre-planning.
